BOOKING POLICIES

21 YEARS OLD+: All guests must be 21 years old or older with no exceptions during regular business hours. People under 21 will be asked to leave. We do not offer refunds for Private Room Reservations if you or your guests are underage or are caught using fake IDs.

PRIVATE ROOM SIZES: Our small rooms hold a maximum of 8 people. Our large rooms hold a maximum of 12 people. This does not include space for food, gifts, decorations, etc. Having extra people or things in the room can make the experience less enjoyable, so if you’re unsure, please ask before booking. You can book multiple rooms and we will do our best to keep everyone near each other.

OUTSIDE FOOD + DECOR: Outside food + decor is welcome! We do ask that your decorations do not include glitter, confetti and that if you hang or tape anything on the walls, it doesn’t damage the paint or drywall. You are welcome to bring in outside food, however, if excessive STAINS or ODORS are left behind in our rooms/on our furniture, we reserve the right to recoup damages through a cleaning fee charged to the card on file. We also recommend you bring your own plates and utensils if needed. If you need to bring in large food containers, they will take space away from your total guest count.

OUTSIDE DRINKS + ALCOHOL: Absolutely no outside alcohol/non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. If any drinks are found, you will be asked to leave the premises and your Private Room Reservation will not be refunded.

DAMAGES: We ask that you respect our space and our equipment. If any equipment is broken or stolen, or any damages occur to the room or furniture, they will be charged to the card we have on file.

SMOKING + VAPING: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building whatsoever. If smoking occurs in our private rooms, we reserve the right to apply a cleaning fee to the card on file.

CANCELLATIONS + NO-SHOWS + LATE ARRIVALS: We don’t offer refunds for last-minute cancellations/no-shows. You may cancel 24+ hours before your scheduled reservation via the link in the original booking email. If you’re more than 30 minutes late without any communication, that is a no-show and we reserve the right to offer your slot to other guests. If you’re running late, please TEXT 502.209.8399 to let us know. If you’re late, your time slot cannot be guaranteed to extend beyond the original booking.
